Overview

A 122,000 square foot headquarters for the Martin Agency. This building was constructed in a city block of downtown Richmond in the historic area of Shockoe over an existing five-story parking garage. Open space floor plan with a linking network of avenues and boulevards. More than fifty formal and informal collaboration spaces, conference rooms and a three-story atrium.

This was the best run and least complained about project of this size that I’ve witnessed during my time as the City’s Public Works Administrator for citywide permit construction activities. This is particularly notable given the high profile and historically sensitive location.
