North Carolina Research Campus – Medical Office Building

The NCRC Campus houses the most state-of-the-art science, classroom and research laboratory spaces in the nation and is expected to become home to over 100 biotechnology companies. UNC Chapel Hill, Duke University and the NC State University will operate research facilities on site. The campus is LEED Certified and has been selected as a pilot for the LEED for Neighborhood Development Rating System.
