Clancy & Theys is excited to announce the construction of Everly, a six story, 253-unit, 197,770 SF multi-family project in the ever-growing area of South End. This podium, wood-frame structure is being built in 1A construction on a 2.42-acre lot. We look forward to collaborating with the owners of this project RAM Reality Advisors to build a luxury multi-family building. Amenities are to include a pool, fitness rooms, courtyard, and a six-level parking garage.
