Clancy & Theys Construction Company recently kicked off our latest multi-family project in Richmond, VA—NOVEL Scott’s Addition. The five-story wrap building with a seven-story corner pop-out will feature a mix of 275 studio, one-and-two-bedroom apartments, and loft homes, and a 356-space precast parking garage. Amenities will include a resort-style pool with an expansive pool deck, multiple dining and gathering spaces: a fireside lounge, a library, co-working rooms, a dog park and spa, Garden Dining Room, Sky Deck, and even an on-site Speakeasy. The first residences are scheduled for delivery in early 2024.
