UCF Partnership III Building

Clancy & Theys was hired by the University of Central Florida (UCF)  for this project which includes providing preconstruction services and construction management services of a new five-story facility containing approximately 27,000 square feet of research labs, 85,000 square feet of classrooms, offices and computer labs.  The new building provides “state-of-the-art” technology for simulation and professional training.

This facility is located adjacent to the Partnership II Building in the Central  Florida  Research Park.  The user groups are made up of a variety of organizations involved in modeling, simulation and advanced distributed learning, UCF, US Army, US Navy and US Marine Corp.
