Clancy & Theys provided Construction Management to the construction of the nee luxury student housing, Gather Uptown.
New construction of 128-unit, 404 bed multi-family student housing project. The building is five stories and contains 207,015 sq ft. The exterior is a combination of brick and fibrous cement siding. Construction also includes a five-story, 362 space precast parking deck.
The project features premium interiors and amenities include a courtyard swimming pool, fitness center, media center and gaming rooms, internet cafe and a rooftop terrace.
Construction was on an extremely tight site surrounded by busy streets in a city center. The project covers an entire city block with building set back from street curbs of 6, 8 and 10 ft on three sides and only 15 ft on the fourth side.
