Clancy & Theys Construction Company is excited to announce its selection as construction manager for The Terraces at the Grove Resort in Winter Garden, FL.
An addition to The Grove Resort & Water Park, The Terraces at the Grove Resort is 6 miles from Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and is in a prime location in Central Florida. The Terraces Project is a 4-story luxury condo hotel with a total of 160 units and 10 different unit styles with balconies. Amenities include 211 parking spaces, pool with private cabanas, poolside bar, laundry facility fitness area, Grab & Go market, Lounge/bar, and storage rooms.
Construction will consist of four levels of wood frame that include both dimensional lumber walls and truss component floors and roof.
