A 65-acre soccer park consisting of five buildings: a 15,159 sq ft, two-story clubhouse facility; a 2,146 sq ft ticket office/concession facility; a 3,221 sq ft, two-story restroom/office facility; a 1,864 sq ft restroom/concession facility; and a 1,152 sq ft storage building. Typical buildings are constructed of glue-laminated wood beams and concrete with corrugated metal roofs.
