Located in downtown Wilson, this new upscale multi-family, mixed-use community includes 240 residential units, amenities and shell retail space. The project will include studio, one or two bedroom apartments with upscale features including spacious floor plans, quartz countertops, backsplash, shaker style cabinets, pendant lighting, high-end vinyl plank flooring, carpet, ceiling fans, two inch blinds, and private outdoor balconies in select units. Our scope consists of site work, foundations, and vertical construction on a congested site that includes an existing parking deck and YMCA.
