Clancy & Theys was selected by the University of Central Florida (UCF) to provide general construction services on this Design/Build project for a 80,000 square foot, state-of-the-art academic building located on Memory Mall.
The Clancy & Theys/SchenkelShultz team worked together from the very first kick-off meeting, making decisions in concert with all UCF stakeholders to ensure that the completed design documents met the standards and expectations of the University. Program elements within the building include lecture halls, circulation zones with breakout space, simulation labs, office suites, conference rooms and break rooms.
The project was LEED® Gold certified and was designed and built using BIM® technology.
