Clancy & Theys provided Construction Management for the construction of Parkside Elementary School.
A new 39-classroom, 83,473 sq ft elementary school project located in Charlotte on Johnson Oehler Road. The contract included site work, parking, road paving, building construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cabling for voice, video, data, and all other systems related to the elementary school. In addition to classrooms, the project also included cafeteria, dining area, media center, auditorium with stage area, multi-purpose room, and administrative offices.
