The building structure includes conventional spread footing foundations, loadi-bearing tilt-wall panels and a structural steel frame. The building envelop consists of the textured coated tilt-wall panels, storefront, aluminum framed windows, curtain wall and a single-ply roof membrane over light-weight insulating concrete.

This prototype elementary school on a 13.5 acre site located in southwest Orange County. The site development included the construction of a bus loop, parking lot, parent drop-off lane, play fields, outdoor activity areas, and site utilities.
