Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction services for The Helmsman (formerly Flats at Hanover) in Wilmington, NC. The project consists of two 4-story multi-residential buildings totaling 331,672 SF with 262 units. Units are one-two-and three bedrooms. Amenities include a saltwater pool, pool cabana, courtyard, 4th floor sky lounge, dog park, pet washing facilities, leasing office, fitness club, and yoga/HIIT studio. Building 1 includes 2,597 sq ft retail. Construction is wood framed with cementitious siding & brick veneer. Finishes include stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops, tile showers and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Two years of intensive preconstruction services were provided by Clancy & Theys.
