The Gwendolyn at Glen Lennox Office Building

Overview

Named for Gwendolyn Harrison, the first African-American woman to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, this new office building will be part of Glen Lennox, one of the first mid-century modern planned communities in the country. The offices at Glen Lennox have been planned for a 21st Century workforce with architecture and detail that blend the elements of the property’s mid-century past with state-of-the-art design tailored for today’s exacting office tenants.

The Gwendolyn has 102,000 square feet of office space, offering a contemporary, flexible environment with a unique history and access to the intellectual capital of some of the country’s best young minds. The LEED Certified, Class-A office space will feature 25,000 square foot floor plates, covered parking, an on-site café, and bike and pedestrian infrastructure including bike lanes, indoor bike racks, and on-site showers and locker rooms.
