Carytown Exchange

Clancy & Theys Construction Company is providing construction management services for Carytown Exchange, a 120,000 sq ft mixed-use project designed to revitalize a city block in Richmond, Virginia. The project includes the demolition of existing structures and infrastructure, new utilities, site work and site preparations, in addition to the construction of a Publix grocery store, a precast parking structure, and five retail/restaurant/office shell buildings.
