The Solis LoSo project, currently in the preconstruction phase, will be a new multifamily structure in the heart of Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. This 333,000 square foot, 296 unit apartment building will consist of five residential levels over two levels of podium wrapped around a 5½ level deck. High end finishes and luxury interiors will complete residents’ unique South End living experience.
Solis LoSo, our second Solis project in Charlotte, will be in a prime walkable location with easy access to a variety of restaurant and retail space. In addition to neighborhood amenities like nearby Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, the project will feature 12,000 square feet of community space including a sky deck, fitness center, a dog wash station, and other top floor amenities.
