Solis LoSo

The Solis LoSo project is a new multi-family structure in the heart of Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. This 333,000 SF, 296 unit apartment building consists of five residential levels over two levels of podium wrapped around a five and a half level deck. High end finishes and luxury interiors complete residents’ unique south end living experience.

Solis LoSo, our second Solis project in Charlotte, is in a prime walkable location with easy access to a variety of restaurant and retail space. In addition to neighborhood amenities like nearby Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, the project features 12,000 SF of community space including a sky deck, fitness center, a dog wash station, and other top floor amenities.
