Clancy & Theys Construction Company is providing construction services for the MLK Community Center Addition & Renovation project in Wilmington, NC. The project includes construction of a new 10,122 SF pre-fabricated metal building with a high school regulation sized basketball court with striping for basketball, pickleball, volleyball and wrestling, safety padding for walls and backstops, two motorized goals, four retractable goals, two scoreboards, a motorized divider curtain, storage rooms, gang restrooms, office space and exit lobby. The project includes the full renovation of approximately 600 SF of commercial kitchen space. The expanded facility is expected to open in Spring 2025.
