The Radius Overlook project is a high end multi-family community currently in the preconstruction phase. The project site spans 2.8 acres in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. The complex will consist of over 600 residential units split between high-rise and mid-rise style units with 280 high-rise units, 95 wrap units in a 5/2 configuration wrapping a 10 story parking deck, and 235 to 275 mid-rise units in a standalone 5/3 structure.
The combination of construction approaches required to complete this project is an acute cross section of the Charlotte multi-family construction landscape. This project’s condo tower will be steel frame with wood wrap elements, adding to the city’s ever-growing urban skyline. The combination of this high-rise with the mid-rise and deck wrap units mirror the uptown and residential blend that make up the Dilworth area.
