Clancy & Theys Construction Company, in partnership with Gilbane Building Company, completed Radius Dilworth, a nearly 1 million square foot multifamily development located along Morehead Street in Charlotte’s Dilworth area. The project includes more than 600 rental apartments across two residential buildings: The Overlook, a 26-story high-rise tower, and The Enclave, an 8-story mid-rise building.
The Overlook includes 250 high-rise units and a 12th-floor amenity deck with pools, fireplaces, grilling areas, and views of the Charlotte skyline. The Enclave offers 274 mid-rise units and a rooftop terrace designed to provide residents with additional outdoor gathering space.
Radius Dilworth also features a variety of resident amenities, including a halotherapy spa, golf simulator, fitness and social areas, and integrated parking. The project’s design combines a modern high-rise presence along Morehead Street with elements that complement the pedestrian-friendly character of the surrounding Dilworth neighborhood.
Located on a tight urban site, the project required careful planning, coordination, and logistics throughout construction. Radius Dilworth adds new residential density and amenity-rich living options to one of Charlotte’s established neighborhoods.
