Clancy & Theys provided General Contracting for the Crossings at Oakbrooke, which is a senior living community, located in Chesapeake. The community is designed to meet a variety of needs for the senior community and thus features independent, assisted, and memory care facilities. With a focus on convenient, comfortable and active living, the community includes a four-story building with 81 spacious independent living apartments; a three-story building with 59 comfortable assisted living apartments; and a single-story building with 36 apartments in memory care wing. A mixture of floor plans is available in each unit, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio-style apartments. In addition to interior common areas and a commercial kitchen, there are multiple serene outdoor courtyards and walking trails to make the community truly feel like home.
