Clancy & Theys provided construction services to Midtown Park at Barclay. The project included 3‐story 64,000 sq ft medical office building known as Midtown Park at Barclay adjacent to the 4 recently completed retail buildings at The Pointe at Barclay.

Site improvements include clearing the site, new pre-cast parking garage, sidewalks, and landscaping.
