Clancy & Theys was selected to provide construction management at risk services for this multi-phased renovations and remodeling project to Wekiva Elementary School. Taking place on an occupied campus, this project is currently in construction and on schedule to be complete in August 2017.
We are responsible for remodeling a total of 52,900 square feet encompassed in Buildings 1 through 5 as well as renovating a total of 13,000 square feet encompassed in Buildings 7 through 9. Remodeled spaces include classrooms, administration and the media center to accommodate elementary level instruction and technologies.
Renovated spaces include existing classrooms, the cafeteria and kitchen facilities to accommodate elementary level instruction and improved dining facilities.
