Situated on the Lafayette River, CovePointe at the Landings are beautifully designed waterfront apartments in Norfolk’s Larchmont neighborhood and offer period architectural details on the building exteriors. The site consists of two four-story apartment buildings containing a total of 122 units. The scope of work on this 170,000 sq. ft. project also includes parking, a new clubhouse area, and a fitness center and yoga studio. Outdoor amenities include a kayak launch, pool, outdoor kitchen and fire-pit. This project was designed to maintain the character of the surrounding properties while still incorporating new and contemporary features. The construction of these apartment buildings on this tight site took place within a fast-tracked, 12-month schedule.
