Located in a dynamic location with an impactful infrastructure and transit in downtown Raleigh the Line Apartments features 283 urban apartments with Best-In-Class amenities and finishes. This project consists of 5-stories of wood-framed residential construction over a double podium with metal framed retail and amenities.
There is also an integrated, 10-story covered parking deck to accommodate residents and guests. There is 40,000 square feet of street-level retail with active pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and an open event-oriented courtyard. The Line Apartments is integrated into the community with pedestrian connectivity to downtown Raleigh and the greater Triangle area.
