Onslow County Courthouse Expansion

Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided General Contracting for the construction of the Onslow County Courthouse expansion. This project consisted of the new construction and expansion of the Register of Deeds and Courthouse functions for Onslow County. The expansion consisted of a new 4-story building of approximately 58,000 sq ft, and renovation to the existing facility of approximately 12,000 sq ft.  The project is scheduled to be complete in Spring 2019.
