We were contracted to construct a new 90,000 square foot, four-story independent living addition comprised of 54 new independent living units, a bistro/pub, dining/kitchen areas, a salon, physical therapy room, fitness/exercise room, activities room, and all other common area facilities.
Clancy & Theys was awarded the La Posada Renovations & Additions project as the construction manager at risk. La Posada is an active, occupied senior living facility so phasing was critical to maintain Life Safety and minimize disruption to current operations
