Overview
A 16,000 square foot, single-story administrative headquarters and animal shelter facility. The structure is load bearing masonry with a steel frame and architectural block and metal siding veneer. The facility includes offices, animal holding areas, play areas, viewing rooms, veterinary exam rooms, laundry rooms, and a food preparation area. The project delivery method was team-build, a modified approach to Construction Management at-Risk, that involves collaboration among the owner, design team and construction manager where Clancy & Theys provided preconstruction and construction services.
