Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided general contracting by building Carrington Hall’s Additions & Renovations. UNC School of Nursing LEED Certification. An eight-story, 54,000 sq ft addition to the east side of Carrington Hall. Facility has laboratories, offices, and classrooms for the School of Nursing. Reinforced concrete structure with a brick exterior. Building featured a roof garden. The project also included 26,000 sq ft of renovation, site work, extensive utility work, and landscaping.
