Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company completed a CM at-risk at Rogers Lane Elementary School. Which is a new 102,000 sq ft elementary school for the Wake County Public School System. The school is constructed with brick veneer on load-bearing masonry, with a modified bitumen roofing system on lightweight insulated concrete. Mechanical system features a four pipe VAV system. Extensive site development and offsite improvement include road widening and signalization work.
