Dixon Middle School

Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction services for the new Dixon Middle School project located in Sneads Ferry, NC.

The project consisted of new construction of a 950 capacity, two-story middle school.  Scope consisted of completing existing Phase 1 foundation, partial site clearing, grubbing, and grading work, and construction of 146,000 SF, sprinkler, and masonry load bearing structure with partial steel frame.  The facility included classrooms, administrative offices, library, cafeteria, kitchen, auxiliary gym, full-size gym with locker rooms, and music education classrooms.  The project also included softball/baseball fields with fencing.
