Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management in their completion of the largest public aquatic facility in North Carolina, Triangle Aquatic Center. This 59,347 sq ft, two-story facility includes an eight-lane, 50-meter indoor pool, indoor and outdoor teaching pool, spectator seating for 1,000, and supporting amenities. Structural steel with a brick and EIFS exterior.
