Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided general contracting services to South Piedmont Community College for a new multi-purpose building. The new three-story, 74,889 square foot building consists of offices, classrooms, labs, student dining, a bookstore, and support spaces for the students. It is constructed with structural steel with brick and cast stone façade. The site work includes: site demolition, parking lots, utilities, exterior lighting, and detention pond.
