Clancy & Theys is provided construction management services to transform 4,000 sq ft of the multi-family community’s street-level retail space for Wasserhund Brewing Company in just three and a half months. This family-friendly venue offers a variety of interior seating options, including a bar and a spacious outdoor patio perfect for enjoying one of Wasserhund Brewing Company’s signatures brews and pizza. Unique to this type of project, our team set two 10-barrel fermenters, three 5-barrel fermenters, a mash/lauder tun, a brew kettle, and a 4,500 lb. hot liquor tank, which will allow Wasserhund to produce up to 1,800 barrels of beer each year.
