Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management through building St Mary Magdalene Catholic Churches new buildings. This new one-story, 31,250 SF church building includes a new sanctuary, a narthex with a stunning cupula and bell tower. In addition to the seating for 1,288 the project provides a vestment room, a bride’s room, and classrooms. The building, with slab-on-grade foundations, is composed of structural steel with brick veneer, TPO and has a metal roof. Constructed on a greenfield site of 13 acres, the site work including a water retention pond, road work, and parking for the new facility.
