Clancy & Theys Construction Company is pleased to announce its selection as the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Casselberry’s new 26,000 square-foot Police Department, which marks phase one of the city’s planned Public Safety Facility.
The project is set to break ground in the Spring of 2022 and construct a 5-acre site off Wilshire Blvd. The state-of-the-art facility will feature an Emergency Operations Center, laboratory, communications and briefing room, fitness center, and administrative offices.
