Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters’ Health Center & Urgent Care at Loehmann’s

General Contracting for the renovation of the Children’s Hospital of the Kings’ Daughters Health Center & Urgent Care at Loehmann’s was completed by Clancy & Theys Construction Company.

Major Interior and exterior renovations to an existing two-story brick building including site work; complete demolition of the interior, storefront, roof and MEP systems; replacement of MEP systems; and a major pool overhaul. The lobby was renovated to feature a curved roof and large curtainwall. The facility houses a health and urgent care center, outfitted with advanced medical equipment and technology, and a physical therapy center focused on youth.
