Clancy & Theys construction Company has provided construction management on Marquee Station Apartments.

Phase I:  Seven three-story garden style apartment buildings consisting of 221,123 sq ft with 149 units.  Site amenities include Pergolas, Cabana, grilles, recreation areas, swimming pool and garages.  Phase II:  This phase adds an additional 116 units.
