Live Oak Bank III

Overview

Clancy & Theys provided construction management services on the third building at the 12‐acre campus at Live Oak Bank. The third building is four stories and 64,000 sq. ft. The expansion created over400 new jobs and specializes in small businesses. The Live Oak Bank has also added a FitPark, a new fitness center and a parking garage with 400 spaces.

Live Oak Bank was awarded the 2022 Cape Fear Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Awards of Excellence and the Dealmaker Award.
