City Gateway Apartments is a mixed-use development only steps away from Downtown Raleigh. Situated just off the pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined Salisbury Street, the mid-rise development will offer a suburban neighborhood setting with immediate proximity and walkability to Raleigh’s urban core. The 349,508 square foot community will include 288 residential units and amenities, 4,000 square feet of retail space, and a 294 space parking structure. Our scope of work included the demolition of existing buildings, site work, and vertical construction. The project will serve as the first phase of the City Gateway mixed-use development.
