Clancy & Theys provided a Construction Manager to the construction of Harmony County School.
Harmony Community School is a 2-story prototype elementary school. It is approximately 110,000 sf housing 1,110 student stations, 50 classrooms, a media center, dining and kitchen with a stage. Constructed of tiltwall panels with many architectural reveals and details, it has a metal roof system and is designed to blend into the community. There is a 5,000 sf covered play area and the site contains ballfield’s and two basketball courts for the community’s use.
