Clancy & Theys Construction Company is providing construction services for the Onslow County Emergency Operations Center Addition & Renovation project in Jacksonville, NC. The project consists of 2,500 SF of renovations of the existing center and a 12,000 SF addition. The 12,000 SF addition includes conference rooms, kitchen, cafeteria, and associated support spaces. The new addition will be constructed of load bearing masonry walls with a steel structure and TPO roof. The sitework includes paved driveways, parking, fencing, a new diesel generator and diesel backup tank, and associated site grading. The tenant will move into the new addition once complete, and work will continue with interior renovations to the existing building. The 2,500 SF renovation includes new offices and expanding the existing support spaces. Construction is scheduled for completion in summer of 2025.
