Overview
Known as a gracious blend of country inn and elegant cruise ship, Clancy & Theys provided interior renovations and site work improvements to add to the sanctuary that is First Colonial Inn. Major renovations were performed in the dining area and all public/common areas including the main corridors. Site work improvements feature alterations to the main entrance, including a new, larger porte cochere, leveling the parking area, and the addition of a retaining wall. All work was completed while the building remained occupied by residents.
