Clancy & Theys Construction Company had the honor of providing Construction Management services for the Atlas Durham Apartments. The project features 171 units. The building features five stories of wood-framed construction over a two-story concrete podium, which includes approximately 7,000 square feet of retail space and parking for its residents. These apartments are conveniently located near Duke University and numerous community events, offering an excellent standard of living. The community features a fitness center, a third-floor pool and sundeck, a sky deck, a chef’s kitchen with incredible views, indoor bike storage, a café, a lounge, and coworking spaces.
