It is the nature of construction to experience problems while any project is underway, whether it comes in form of design, constructability, materials, labor, logistics or weather. Clancy & Theys is one of the few General Contractors and Construction Managers that we have worked with whom consistently anticipated potential problems and worked as a team with their suppliers and subcontractors to plan around or resolve the problem, before it had any effect of safety, quality, production or schedule.
