Clancy & Theys was selected to provide construction management at risk services for this significant renovation of a 166,000 square foot, 177-room hotel at this resort in the Florida Keys.
Renovations included a dramatic veranda and a new lobby incorporating direct water views, a bar and lounge, and dedicated guest-service desks. The main pool doubled in size, and the resort pool features stunning new landscaping, a deluxe multi-tiered sun terrace, and private cabanas.
Also included were the renovation of two restaurants, construction of two new bars, a coffee bar, new administrative offices, a new tiki bar, and a full service kitchen.
