Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company managed construction for St Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. This new one-story, 31,250 SF church building includes a new sanctuary, a narthex with a stunning cupola, and a bell tower. In addition to seating 1,288 people, the project provides a vestment room, a bride’s room, and classrooms. The building, with slab-on-grade foundations, is composed of structural steel with brick veneer, TPO, and a metal roof. Constructed on a 13-acre greenfield site, work included a water retention pond, road work, and parking for the new facility.
