Overview
The Phase 3 Student Housing project for Florida Polytechnic University introduced a state-of-the-art 137,000 SF five-story building that will serve the university students for decades to come. With roughly 10,000 SF of amenity space throughout the new design, this project was designed to increase the community and collaboration of students on campus. The new residence hall was designed to accommodate the expanding needs of on-campus student housing, featuring 430 beds and enhanced community services for students and the campus community.
