Florida Polytechnic University Phase Three Student Housing

Clancy & Theys Construction Company is excited to announce its selection as construction manager for the new Phase III Housing project for Florida Polytechnic University. Phase III will accompany Florida Poly’s existing on-campus student housing. This project will consist of 500 beds in a mix of suite-style and apartment-style configurations, targeting non-freshmen.
