Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management at Bell West End, a 267,880 SF, five-story student housing complex at Duke University with 338 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments (386 beds). The apartments were up-fitted with premium amenities such as wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, plus access to Wi-Fi, cable, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and a coffee bar. The project also includes a six-level parking structure with 416 spaces, located adjacent to two student apartment buildings.
