Overview
Clancy & Theys provided construction management services for this 103,444 sq. ft. prototype K-5 elementary school. The facility consists of three structural steel frame structures with exterior stud and brick veneer that creates an interior courtyard space. Project also includes site work, parking lots, bus loop and playfields.
