Clancy & Theys is currently constructing Everly, a six story, 253 unit, 197,770 SF multifamily project in the ever-growing area of South End. This podium, wood-frame structure is being built in 1A construction on a 2.42 acre lot. The project, owned by RAM Realty Advisors, will feature a six level parking deck. Amenities are to include a pool, fitness rooms, and a courtyard.
