Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company completed a CM at-risk with White Oak Elementary School. A 100,000 sq ft elementary school located in western Cary along the American Tobacco Trail and constructed with brick veneer on load-bearing masonry, and with a modified bitumen roofing system on lightweight insulating concrete. The site development includes minor demolition, construction of a multipurpose field with walking track, extension of water service, and close coordination with a neighboring church’s expansion project to jointly develop and provide utilities and site access. Project also includes offsite improvements at two intersections and road widening along the school frontage.
